Masibus VM908 vibration meter is a basic portable vibration measurement product that reads vibration in various modes. It provides essential periodic monitoring of fan, pump, motor and other industrial machines. It measures the vibration to which it is exposed.
Masibus has a proven track record of manufacturing portable instruments and online process monitoring instruments for over 3 decades. Vibration meter makes cost-effective off line vibration monitoring instrument with various important parameter i.e. displacement, velocity, acceleration.
Vibration meter is a strategic tool for predictive maintenance. It measures off line vibration and provides easy evaluation of health of machines. On this basis further analysis can be done using vibration analyzer for diagnosing the machine problem.
Vibration is measured in terms of r.m.s. and peak. When overall vibration is to be measured, r.m.s. and peak measurement technique is considered best for general machine health.
VM908 is very handy easy to use device for any maintenance crew. It gives very easy understanding of equipment health and guides for repairs. It is also good tool to check out if repair has improved health of machine. Maintenance team can be confident about repair work done by ensuring that vibration reading post repair has gone down and machine is healthy.
VSW160 Electronic Vibration Switch provides essential protection for critical equipments like fans, pumps, motors, compressors, etc. It measures the vibration with inbuilt ICP accelerometer when Switch is mounted on the machine and generates relay output for Alarm or shutdown when vibration levels exceed the preset threshold value. VSW160 has rugged design suitable for harsh environments and hazardous areas of Zone 1 & 2, Gas Groups: IIA/ IIB & IIC.
160 Electronic Vibration Switch is available in two options 1) with built in piezoelectric ICP 100mV/g Sensor or 2) With Remote piezoelectric ICP 100mV/g Sensor. VSW160 has bright 3½ digit display and touch Sense Keys for Set point display & manual reset. Optional isolated 4-20mA analog output proportional to Acceleration or Velocity range is available to interface with PLC/DCS/RTU for centralized monitoring and protection.
VSW160 has two independent set points adjustable throughout the range by means of internal multi-turn potentiometers, Relay outputs driven by the set point comparators can be used for Alarm and Trip purpose, the relays are DIP switch configurable for normal or Fail safe Logic, the relays are latching type and resettable by the manual reset key on front or by remote contact closure.
VSW160 is a much more accurate and reliable replacement for the Mechanical vibration switches.
The VMS4SE is an upgrade of model VMS4S; additional capabilities have been added by way of no of channels, multi-serial ports, Ethernet port, scanning speed and alphanumeric display. VMS4SE accepts input directly from ICP type Accelerometer, processes the signal and gives analog output in the form of standard current or voltage to suit different applications in Power, Cement and Metal industries; Optionally VMS4SE also accepts Universal Analog input to serve various application.
Modular and Expandable
Vibration Transmitter VMS4SE is modular in architecture and Expandable, I/O slots can accommodate a mix of Vibration Input, Analog Input, Open collector output or Relay output. All field inputs are wired by Pre-Fab cables direct into panel terminals.
Configuration
Vibration Transmitter VMS4SE is used for plan wide predictive maintenance. It takes up online vibration and provides data though software. It is configured using the mVSCAN software which is very user friendly; the unit can also be edited by front keyboard and display. The unit has numeric and alpha-numeric displays for value and tag display, Alarm/Trip and control status are displayed by discrete LEDs on front fascia.
Communication
Vibration Transmitter VMS4SE comes with one RS-485 port as a standard, a second RS-485 port & an Ethernet Port are options to enhance the communication capabilities of the unit and for direct interface with PLC, DCS or SCADA
Buffer Output
Vibration Transmitter VMS4SE comes with Field interface board with Buffered output on BNC connector for analysis purpose of raw signal of Vibration input.
Alarm/ Control
8 Relay and 16 OC outputs can be freely mapped as alarm/trip or control set point
Analog Output
An optional isolated 4-20mA analog output proportional to Vibration range is available to interface with PLC/DCS/RTU for centralized monitoring and protection. Max 8 output is possible.
VT7S12E is the most advanced & Compact Vibration Transmitter. It accepts input directly from ICP type Accelerometer, processes the signal and gives analog output in the form of standard current or voltage; the vibration measurement range is field configurable for acceleration, velocity or displacement. The output signal is usually interfaced with PLC or DCS for monitoring and protection. VT7S12E Transmitter has two Relay outputs per channel for Alarm, Trip. Also has additional outputs like Buffered output on BNC connector for analysis purpose, and optional RS485 serial port for direct interface with PLC, DCS or SCADA. VT7S12E is aimed for balance of plant equipments like Pumps, Motors, Fans, Blowers, etc to provide monitoring and protection, the unit Employs True-RMS and calculated RMS-Peak measurement techniques, considered best for general machine condition monitoring. The unit can be field configured and operated by means of front keyboard and display, Relay set points and logic can be set for all application types including fail-safe operation, all configured data is stored in a non-volatile memory.
Economical velocity version of the loop powered Industrial vibration sensor designed to monitor vibration in harsh industrial environments. Suitable to monitor machines with speed as low as 500 RPM. Moreover, It uses the industry standard 4-20mA loop that interfaces directly with a PLC, DCS and 4-20mA monitor, making it an excellent choice.
VS101 Accelerometer

LC5296-XP-DC is available in compact enclosure designed with Touch Sensitive Keys to give full programmability and ease of operation.
