  • The "cp" series is for heavy duty and high torque application & "cy" is targeted for smaller size valves. The "cp" & "cy" is ideal where pneumatic motive power is preferred and for services requiring robust design, long service life, high-torque and high-speed operation. It is suitable for on/off, modulating and control applications of quarter-turn valves, offshore environment as well as in general, protective and safety services such as emergency shutdown (esd) or high-integrity pressure protection systems (hipps), up to and including "sil" 3 level in accordance with iec 61508.
  • Our actuators are designed to meet or exceed the most current and stringent safety and reliability standards for oil and gas services; it is the modular, pneumatic driven piston-type, scotch yoke actuator. Its maintenance interval is up to six years or as prescribed in en 15714 for high-cycle applications and an industry leading, 25 year design life, depending on service conditions, proper installation, operation and maintenance.
  • The ruggedly built "cp"/"cy" series actuators delivers up to 63 knm and a maximum allowable working pressure (mawp) of 12 bar (g), with minimal wear and maximum efficiency. The "cp"/"cy" series actuators is available in single acting spring return or double acting configurations for operation in a wide range of standard, low and high temperature environments from -29 c (-20 f) for spring return units and -60 c (-76 f) for double-acting units up to 160 c (320 f). It has been designed and manufactured in accordance with: ip66/ip66m and ip67/ip67m per en60529 and en 15714-3. It also meets global standards and approvals like ce marking as per atex 2014/34/eu;ped 2014/68/eu, md 2006/42/ec directives and "sil" capable to level 3 as per iec 61508.
  • The "cy" series will cover ball valve, butterfly valve and plug valve up to 2000nm torque and "cp" series will cover valves up to 40000nm torque.

Check valves are two-port valves, meaning they have two openings in the body, one for fluid to enter and the other for fluid to leave. There are various types of check valves used in a wide variety of applications. Check valves are often part of common household items. Although they are available in a wide range of sizes and costs, check valves generally are very small, simple, or inexpensive. Check valves work automatically and most are not controlled by a person or any external control; accordingly, most do not have any valve handle or stem.
  • An important concept in check valves is the cracking pressure which is the minimum upstream pressure at which the valve will operate. Typically the check valve is designed for and can therefore be specified for a specific cracking pressure.
  • A Lift-Check Valve is a check valve in which the disc, sometimes called a lift, can be lifted up off its seat by higher pressure of inlet or upstream fluid to allow flow to the outlet or downstream side. A guide keeps motion of the disc on a vertical line, so the valve can later reseat properly. When the pressure is no longer higher, gravity or higher downstream pressure will cause the disc to lower onto its seat, shutting the valve to stop reverse flow.

Features

  • Three - and four - way have an L- or T-shaped hole through the middle. The different combinations of flow are available. It is easy to see that a "T" valve can connect any pair of ports, or all three, together, but the 45 degree position which might disconnect all three leaves no margin for error. The "L" valve can connect the center port to either side port, or disconnect all three, but it cannot connect the side ports together.
  • Multi-Port Ball Valves with 4 ways, or more, are also commercially available, the inlet way often being orthogonal to the plane of the outlets. For special applications, such as driving air-powered motors from forward to reverse, the operation is performed by rotating a single lever four-way valve. The 4-way ball valve has two "L"-shaped ports in the ball that do not interconnect, sometimes referred as "X" port.

The VMS4SE is an upgrade of model VMS4S; additional capabilities have been added by way of no of channels, multi-serial ports, Ethernet port, scanning speed and alphanumeric display. VMS4SE accepts input directly from ICP type Accelerometer, processes the signal and gives analog output in the form of standard current or voltage to suit different applications in Power, Cement and Metal industries; Optionally VMS4SE also accepts Universal Analog input to serve various application.

Modular and Expandable

Vibration Transmitter VMS4SE is modular in architecture and Expandable, I/O slots can accommodate a mix of Vibration Input, Analog Input, Open collector output or Relay output. All field inputs are wired by Pre-Fab cables direct into panel terminals.

Configuration

Vibration Transmitter VMS4SE is used for plan wide predictive maintenance. It takes up online vibration and provides data though software. It is configured using the mVSCAN software which is very user friendly; the unit can also be edited by front keyboard and display. The unit has numeric and alpha-numeric displays for value and tag display, Alarm/Trip and control status are displayed by discrete LEDs on front fascia.

Communication

Vibration Transmitter VMS4SE comes with one RS-485 port as a standard, a second RS-485 port & an Ethernet Port are options to enhance the communication capabilities of the unit and for direct interface with PLC, DCS or SCADA

Buffer Output
