Sodium thiosulfate is an inorganic sodium salt composed of sodium and thiosulfate ions in a 2:1 ratio. The melting point of Sodium Thiosulphate is 48.5 °C. It is practically insoluble in alcohol. Sodium Thiosulphate is 20.9 g soluble in 100 cc water. The density of Sodium Thiosulphate is 1.7 g/cm³.
